There is a direct train connection from Berlin to Paris during the day. The departure is at 11:54 h. at Berlin Central Station ("Berlin Hbf"). Arrival at "Paris Est" station is at 19:59 h. There are also several daily connections with a change in Cologne or Frankfurt. You can buy your train ticket from 59 EUR.
A very comfortable option that also saves you the cost of a hotel stay is to travel on the "ÖBB nightjet" night train. Departure from "Berlin Hbf" is at 20:18 h. Arrival the next morning in "Paris Est" is at 10:24 h. You can buy your train ticket from 35 EUR. However, this night train does not run daily. If you want to travel on a day when the direct night train from Berlin to Paris does not run, you can optionally take the daily night train from Berlin to Basel (from 35 EUR). There you change to the TGV to Paris (from 35 EUR).

To travel from Paris to Barcelona, the fastest option is by direct TGV high-speed train. There are two direct trains with a journey time of about 6,5 hours. Train tickets are available from 49 EUR. The direct night train does not exist anymore. To travel overnight, travel first by night train from Paris to Latour de Carol (ticket via our booking links).
